Instructions
Place all ingredients in the TM Bowl. Blend 30 sec/speed 7.
130 g almonds,
50 g desicated coconut,
75 g pitted dates,
80 g carrot,
¼ teaspoon cinnamon,
¼ teaspoon ground ginger,
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg,
1 teaspoon orange zest,
31.3 g Amino Z WPI Vanilla Ice Cream
Check that the mixture has come together.
Roll into 18 balls.
Place into the fridge for 1 hour before eating.
Notes
As a post-workout snack the serving size is 4 bliss balls.
As a protein supplement in weightloss the serving size is 1 bliss ball.
