It is always important to seek professional help before selecting a product as some advertised products can lead to nutrient deficiencies or result in extra calories and harmful chemicals being consumed.

Plant-based diets are very popular at the moment. It can be tricky to ensure that the recommended vitamins and minerals RDI are met. For this reason, it is always advisable to book an appointment for guidance when starting a restrictive diet.
